After majoring in Legal Studies and minoring in Music Business, Jennifer continued her studies at the University of Miami, receiving a Master of Arts.

Earning her status as a “Triple Cane,” Jennifer graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 2019. During her time at Miami Law, Jennifer was a member of the Intellectual Property Law Society and the recipient of the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement Award in commercial law; startup law and entrepreneurship; and transactional drafting and practice. Jennifer’s love and passion for family law was driven primarily by her participation in the University of Miami Children and Youth Law Clinic. In her role as student attorney ad litem, she advocated for foster children and youth at the Miami Dade Children’s Courthouse in matters concerning dependency and Independent Living, adoption, and termination of parental rights.

Searching for a way to continue making a difference in the lives of children and their families, Jennifer began working at BLG as a law clerk the summer before her final year of law school. As a part of the BLG team, Jennifer was able to learn from the best family law attorneys while contributing to complex litigation and appellate matters. Now, as an attorney at BLG, Jennifer is motivated and determined to continue fighting for children and their families by advocating for her clients and providing them with compassionate and thoughtful service.
