Our Rates

Our attorneys and staff charge hourly rates that vary by individual. A retainer is required prior to commencement of all cases. The retainer amounts vary depending upon the type of case and the lead attorney handling your case.

Billing Against Retainer

Before we begin representation, we require an initial retainer and a signed fee contract. The initial retainer varies based upon the facts of the case. We then bill our time against that retainer, and, if and when the retainer is close to being depleted, we may require an additional retainer if it appears the case will continue to be litigated. Of course, where it is appropriate, we will seek to have the other party reimburse you for your attorney's fees.

To Schedule A Case Assessment

To get started, schedule a free case assessment with a lawyer at Beaulieu-Fawcett Law Group, P.A., by calling 561-819-6208, email us at [email protected] or complete our brief contact form.

During the case assessment we will learn facts about your case and provide you with information regarding the law and how it applies to your case. We will determine an initial strategic action plan and collaborate with you to set realistic goals. We will answer your questions and then we will determine whether we will accept your case. We do not accept all cases but do not take it personally; there are many reasons why we do not accept cases. During your case assessment, the attorney will let you know the amount of the retainer that would apply to your case. The case assessment process is confidential and protected by attorney client privilege whether we work together or not.

We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover as well as check and cash for all payments.
