Delray Beach Family Law Attorneys
Currently, both of our offices are fully operational, although we have curtailed many activities and implemented enhanced social distancing measures. We are still mediating and handling court appearances electronically as well. We continue to monitor updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, as well as Governor Ron DeSantis, the Florida Department of Health, and local health departments. In the event local, state or federal mandates us to temporarily close any of our offices, our team members have remote work capabilities with access to our documents and systems in a secure environment. As trusted advisors and allies, we are committed to providing the highest level of service, especially during challenging and unpredictable times. Click Here

Bio

Ashley M. Bustamante has dedicated her career to the practice of marital and family law, focusing on divorce litigation, complex custody disputes, post-dissolution issues, and appeals. Prior to joining Beaulieu-Fawcett, Ashley worked as an Associate Attorney at a marital and family law firm, where she initially found her passion for family law. She also worked as an Associate Attorney for a boutique real estate and civil litigation law firm, where she gained experience with residential and commercial real estate transactions, trust and estate issues, and guardianship matters.

Ashley received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University, where she majored in Political Science and Communications. She then attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law and earned her juris doctorate degree. While attending law school, Ashley edited for the Journal of Law and Public Policy, held an executive position in the Entertainment and Sports Law Society, and served as a teacher’s assistant for Legal Writing, Appellate Advocacy, and Trial Practice. During her second summer in law school, she gained appellate experience while serving as a Judicial Intern at the Fourth District Court of Appeal, where she reviewed appellate briefs and wrote bench memoranda.

When Ashley is not assisting clients, she enjoys volunteering in the community through her involvement in the Junior League of the Palm Beaches and spending time with her husband and two dogs.
